PROMOTING THE STUDY OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS

The William G. Ericson Foundation promotes the study of the photographic arts by establishing competitions and scholarship awards with Pasadena City College (“PCC”) students and public high schools in the Pasadena City College District Area. 

The Foundation has published the collected photographic works of William “Bill” Ericson and has had those works printed in a book titled WILLIAM ERICSON PHOTOGRAPHY - A RETROSPECTIVE.

Ericson spent his life in the publishing business, however, photography was his true passion and profession. He considered himself a photographer above all else. Inspired by his parents and their love for the community, his artistic legacy will help promote the study of photography and provide a great opportunity to many talented students.
